We are actively working to ensure our website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

- Logical tab order throughout all pages
- Skip navigation links to allow users to bypass repetitive content

- Decorative images marked appropriately to be ignored by screen readers
- Captions and transcripts provided for any video or audio content
Forms & Contact
- All form fields are clearly labeled
- Error messages are descriptive and easy to understand
- Consultation request forms are designed to be operable via keyboard and screen readers
Technology

Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility compliance, we acknowledge that some areas of our website may still be in the process of being improved. Current known limitations include:
- Certain third-party embedded tools or plugins may not yet meet full WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Some older PDF documents in our resources section may not be fully optimized for screen readers
- Legacy content pages are being progressively reviewed and updated
We are committed to resolving these limitations as part of our ongoing accessibility improvement roadmap.
Third-Party Content
Some content and functionality on our website is provided by third-party platforms and services. While we make every effort to work with accessible third-party providers, we cannot always control or guarantee the accessibility of external content. Where possible, we will provide accessible alternatives.
